Our Wines: Altos - Cabernet Franc / Merlot

We named this blend "The Humboldt Influence" as the Cabernet Franc comes from the Lolol area of the Colchagua Valley, where the cooling influence of this deep ocean current is clearly present. The wine is distinct and rich, with lovely red fruit marked by vibrant natural acidity. This is a great match for lamb, poultry and cheeses.
